About Me
I am an orthopaedic surgeon now working full time in the private sector, treating hand and wrist conditions. I trained in Cambridge and at King’s College Hospital. I was a Consultant at King’s from 2003-2015.
I only work in HCA hospitals now. I inherited a practice looking after musicians in 2016 and performers now make up about 30% of my work.
I also see a large number of keen sportsmen and women and office workers. I don’t see patients under 18, and the overall demographic of my patients is quite youthful because of the nature of where I work and my subspecialist interest. I see patients with all conditions of the hand and wrist, but patients with burns, congenital hand deformities, nerve and tendon lacerations, or who need microsurgery, are better off seeing hand surgeons with a background in plastic surgery.
